In-Depth Stuff

I am ChantelleM, currently residing in Australia. I am against the whole stalking idea, so a picture of me and a detailed description of where I live will never be released. I am in Grade 10, at the moment, at a lovely school that has great English teachers :D I won the school English Prize, which I am quite proud of.

I believe education is the most important thing anyone can have, which is why I try extremely hard at school, winning the label of "quiet, nerdish girl", but that doesn't altogether bother me. I have been labelled a walking dictionary, as I have a pretty good vocabulary, but it's not as good as some people's, trust me.

I play sport, mostly field hockey. Hockey is pretty much my life haha. I have dabbled in other sports such as swimming, touch football, badminton and netball, but hockey is really my thing. I also play the clarinet and am getting ready to sit my Grade 5 exam next year /freaks out because she doesn't know her scales/ So that could cut into my writing time a fair bit as it gets closer (It's only in March so I have a bit of time left).

What else? Oh, yes, I am an atheist. But that doesn't mean I will bash religion every chance I get. I have no problem at all with people who are religious, live and let live and all of that. And religion is hardly ever shown in my writing, and if it is, I don't bash it. Promise. Quite a few of my characters are Christian, too. But if I accidentally bash it, I'm very sorry in advance.

Hmmm, I don't know what else to write. I love stand-up comedy, like Danny Bhoy, The Umbilical Brothers, Adam Hills, Frank Woodley, Colin Lane, and many more (most of them are Aussies, so if you don't know who the hell I'm talking about, sorry). There's too many to mention haha.

I like reviews :D Reviews are very nice things. They help me improve my writing so that one day, I can actually do it! Haha I kid, I kid. I think I can do it now, I would just like to be better. But I won't go all "YOU MUST REVIEW MY STORIES NOW!!" (Say that in a evil German accent. It's funnier :D)
