Author has written 4 stories for Essay, and Humor. Dr. James D. Howell (Jimmy); I am a retired English Professor and taught at East Carolina University from 1993 until 2006. Before that I taught at Nash Community College, Wilson Technical Institute, and Carolina Military Academy, all in North Carolina. I taught freshman composition for many years and loved it. In addition to teaching, I have done much acting. Four plays in high school, four in college, directed for four years at CMA, have been in movies such as Love Field with Michelle Pheiffer, done commericals and co-stared for eleven summers in Worthy Is the Lamb, an outdoor drama in Swansboro, NC.
