Author has written 6 stories for Family, Love, General, and Fantasy. Hey I'm Jillian, Poetry has never really been my "thing"... recently, as I try to come up with story ideas, Poetry has been a wonderful tool! I think poetry has to have the most meaning to the person who writes it, it's the most personal of creative writting (IMO). When you're formulating and string those choice words together, you're creating something that is a perfect reflection of yourself and your thoughts. I know alot of people write from other perspectives (trust me, you see that clearly in my fictional works) but I enjoy writing poetry about how I see the world around me, from no other than my own eye.
