| Stefan-sama |
Author has written 1 story for Mythology. PROFILE Myself: NAME: If society wasn't so dangerous, I'd tell you. But until the Golden Age is reintroduced, you may address me as either Stefan or Bob. By the way... I'm a guy! HOBBIES: Being nerdy. And leading an extremely non-social life. Only two of my friends can actually understand when I'm talking. Also, playing children's card games, reading manga, more video games, and sleeping. SCHOOL: My aforementioned nerdiness gave me the upper hand in getting into the advanced program at my school. The good thing about that is that we only have to deal with the stupid people, cheerleaders, and jocks for two periods, plus lunch. Which is also known as Hell and War. And maybe Custer's Last Stand, too. And I'm American. WRITING: As with most, if not all, members on the site, I love both reading and writing fanfics and consider myself an aspiring writer. Fanfiction.net is a place to hone those writing skills. That said, I consider myself a fairly good writer as well as one of the more gifted grammar-wise. Oneshots are both rather easy and entertaining to write, in my opinion, so I tend to write those more. I enjoy the Humor and Romance sections, these also being the ones that I'm best at. Though the reason I write romance is debatable, seeing as the closest I'll ever get to making out with another person is when my mom kisses me goodnight. I also have a fanfiction.net account with the same pan name. Favorite Games: FIRE EMBLEM- The absolute best games in the world. If I lived in Japan I'd have beat them all, but as it is, this is the States, so for now I'll have to settle with Burning Blade, Sacred Stones, Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn, and Shadow Dragon (of which all I either own or have played) ... If only Virtual Console's capabilities were realized... Anyhow, this is where most of my nerdiness comes from. Quoting, Yo Momma jokes, Doodling, and Crushing on Mia and Caeda. Yes, you read that right. DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION- Where I get most of my exercise; the only reason I go outside is to get into the car. I used to be really-really good, but now I'm only really good. I could still probably kick your arse, though. STREET FIGHTER- Yeah, I'm old-school, deal with it. These are usually what I spend most of my quarters on. Now, if only IV would come out for Wii... ACE ATTORNEY- The reason I want to be a (Japanese) lawyer when I grow up. The story took away a bunch of my sleeping hours, of which were then spent sitting under the covers pressing buttons and whispering "OBJECTION!" Plus, if I were gay, I'd be in love with Diego Armando. Now, if only they would bump up the release date of Investigations... SONIC THE HEDGEHOG- Maybe not so much of actually playing the games as making fun of the 3D ones (coughunleashedcough). More games like Rush and Rush Adventure should be released. And maybe they would, if Sega actually listened to real gamers instead of the casual crowd. I bet you 20 bucks that Sonic 2010 is going to include another stupid gimmick that makes the game nigh unplayable, despite Sega's protests that it will be the game that the hardcore crowd has been looking forward to (and being let down each and every time). SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI- Dark, darker, darkest. Hitler's resurrection, a war with God, working under Lucifer himself: should Jack Thompson stumble upon these obscure babies, kiss electronic entertainment goodbye. FINAL FANTASY- Specifically VIII, though they're all wonderful. Nobuo Uematsu is a genius, and the storylines are second only to Ace Attorney. I often find myself crying. My one gripe is the amount of grinding needed in the earlier games, but it's not too bad. Though emo protagonists are also a major problem (coughSquallCloudTiduscough). I'm looking forward to XIII and IV. Favorite Internet Sites (E.G. Shameless Plug-Ins): GAMESRADAR (.com)- Everything nerdy found here. Nothing's worth taking a look at except for the features, which are the daily stories on random stuff, such as "25 Most Ridiculous Celebrity 'Gamers' (hint, hint, Paris Hilton)," "How Hollywood Will Ruin Your Favorite Games (Vin Diesel as Kratos)," and "The 15 Stupidest Game Types Wii Invented (cheerleading)." This one's not really for the kiddies; moderate swearing and lots of gaming girls. Mostly from DOA. You know you want to check it out now. FETO.FEPLANET (.net)- The ultimate MMORPG. It's free to play and is modeled after real Fire Emblem Multiplayer Battles, now with single-player campaigns. Eventually. Extremely addicting, but also time-consuming. Make your own charcters from scratch and pit them in battles. You must sign up for the main site (below) to play. No downloads needed. FEPLANET (.net)- Fire Emblem everything. Free music, free codes, free wallpapers, free manga, and a bunch of other mostly unneeded info about the games that only nerds would know or care about. ONEMANGA/MANGAFOX (.com)- Read free manga at both of these sites. They have pretty much everything. Generally, Mangafox has more manga, but Onemanga offers better subs, as they both, naturally, scan manga themselves. WIKIPEDIA (.org)- The answer to life. They have articles on literally everything. Obscure games, manga characters, and even quotes. COURT-RECORDS (.net)- An Ace Attorney fansite, they have absolutely everything, from character bios to polls to timelines to case descriptions/walkthroughs and even series contradictions. Favorite Manga: RANMA 1/2- Classic. Best manga ever. Rumiko Takahashi should be canonized, if you ask me. RUROUNI KENSHIN- Swords rule, no denying that. Oh, and Sanosuke rules you. Forever. LOVE HINA- Best cast of characters ever, though occasionally perverted. I cried at the ending. ANIMA- Adorable characters on an adorable quest. Sucky ending, though. And there's supposed to be a "+" at the front, the profile thing is acting up. YU-GI-OH!- The series synonymous with manga. This is also what I spend most of my money on. FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST- Lots of religious and social commentary. Just my cup of tea. DEATH NOTE- Refreshingly different (e.g. mature, dark, controversial, etc.: the Shin Megami Tensei of manga) from any other manga. The Yotsuba arc is really boring, though... PRETTY FACE- How could I have skipped over this one...? The undisputedly funniest manga ever, though similar to Love Hina in terms of, ah, content, if you know what I'm saying. BAKUMAN- I just found out about it, but I'm already in love with it. Miura sucks, and Takagi owns. Wish I had a girl like Azuki... Quotes: "It's scratchcake, stupid!" -My Humanities teacher's Grandma "I pity the Fool..." Mr. T. Oh, yeah. "Live long and prosper." -Lots of Star Trek characters, usually accompanied with the Vulcan salute "Torque is for dorques." -My cousin, during P.E. "Screw the rules, I have money!" -Seto Kaiba, from Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series "All your base are belong to us." -CATS, from the (badly translated) game Zero Wing "I can fight... I'm...very angry... The food here... It was terrible, and...they gave us hardly any... I... will have vengeance." -Ilyana in Radiant Dawn when freed from a Begnion Prison. Only viewable if Path of Radiance data is imported. "Snake? Snake! SSSSNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!!" -Various minor characters, from the classic Metal Gear Solid games. "WAKKA-WAKKA-WAKKA-(etc.)" -If you're a gamer, you already know. If you're not, you wouldn't be viewing this profile in the first place, now would you? "The president has been kidnapped by ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the president?" -Generic FBI agent no. 146, from the obscure (for a good reason) Data East (now defunct, also for a good reason) game Bad Dudes. "You spoony bard!" -see "WAKKA-WAKKA-WAKKA-(etc.)" "Do a barrel roll!" -The worst character ever, one of the best games ever. "The cake is a lie." -Portal (I forget where it was said), though most cakes tend to generally be the truth. "A WINNER IS YOU" -Pro Wrestling. Need I say more? SIDE NOTE- I didn't include "Hey, listen!" from Zelda and the Annoying Fly, "Gotta' catch 'em all!" from Animal Cruelty: The Game and Schoolchildren (kidding, kidding), and "...Your princess is in another castle!" from The Legend of Mario and Metroid (in which parents are referring to Link, Luigi, and Samus, of course), since, technically, these are supposed to be my favorite quotes... Current Crushes: MIA (Fire Emblem 9 & 10)- Purely personality. If it was for her looks, I'd be a lolicon. Energetic, bouncy; everything today's games are not. And possibly our economy. CAEDA (Fire Emblem 1, 3, 11)- Kinda both looks and personality. Plus, she's got a lance and rides a flying pony. How awesome is that? This is totally based off the games, she looks like she's five in the manga... For some reason, though, I wrote a MarthxCaeda. Not sure why. MAI SHIRANUI (Fatal Fury/King of Fighters series)- The absolute epitome of hotness. There's not much more to be said. Just look her up on photobucket or gamesradar, and maybe google images. You'll know why in roughly 5 seconds. CAMMY WHITE (Street Fighter series)- Also hot, plus she can scrap with Ryu, which speaks for itself. NOT because she's blonde, unless that offends you for some odd reason, in which case it is because she's blonde. Why not Chun-Li, you ask? Well, they don't call her "Thunder Thighs" for nothing... Music: WEIRD AL YANKOVIC: Raise your hand if you saw this coming from a mile away. I've memorized most of his songs, and I also have adapted White and Nerdy, possibly You're Pitiful as well, as my theme song (though I'm not actually Caucasian, that might be a problem...). NOBUO UEMATSU/HIROKAZU ANDO/YUKA TSUJIYOKO/YOKO SHIMOMURA/ETC.: Composers for Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Fire Emblem, etc.: all my favorite JRPG's. Yes, I know I'm a loser. MASAKAZU SUGIMORI/NORIYUKI IWADARE/TOSHIHIKO HORIYAMA/AKEMI KIMURA: These guys are in a class of their own: the composers of the Ace Attorney series, which means Warehouse Tiger, Steel Samurai, the Objection and Pursuit themes, and everything else. Something about their music is so magical no one else can capture it. EXILE: A Japanese band which has done two of my favorite songs: Careless Breath, the ending theme for Black Jack, a nice and obscure manga, and Indestructible(US)/The Next Door(Japan), the Street Fighter IV theme. MOSQUITO-MILK: An odd name, I know, but they did the theme for Rockman X5, so that should count for something. JOHN WILLIAMS: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, the Olympics, Harry Potter, etc.: this guy's done it all. Oh, yeah. Play the Imperial March theme from Star Wars while listening to someone speak on TV, preferably about politics, that's always fun. RIP Billy Mays. HOME MADE KAZOKU: Another J-pop band who did various anime songs, such as Arigatou from Bleach and Nagareboshi from Naruto Shippuden. Pairings: FIRE EMBLEM: MarthxShiida/Caeda/Whatever, AbelxEst, MerricxElice, EliwoodxLyn, SethxEirika, LyonxEirika, JoshuaxNatasha, JoshuaxMarisa, IkexElincia, GeoffreyxElincia, BoydxMist, RolfxMist, SothexMicaiah, NaesalaxLeanne, NaesalaxSanaki ACE ATTORNEY: Godot/DiegoxMia, PhoenixxIris, PhoenixxMaya, TriloxRegina, GumshoexMaggey, RonxDesiree, KlavierxEma FINAL FANTASY: DeschxRefia, CecilxRosa, CloudxTifa, RenoxYuffie, ZackxAerith, DenzelxMarlene, SquallxRinoa, ZellxLibrary Girl, IrvinexSelphie, LagunaxJulia, LagunaxRaine, TidusxYuna, VaanxPenelo, BalthierxAshe RANMA 1/2: RanmaxAkane, RanmaxNabiki, KunoxNabiki, RyogaxUkyo, RyogaxAkari, KunoxPigtailed-Girl, SounxHinako RUROUNI KENSHIN: HimuraxKaoru, HimuraxMisao, HimuraxTomoe, YahikoxTsubame, YutaroxTsubame FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST: EdwardxWinry, RoyxRiza, RoyxAnyone Female, JeanxLust, AlexxAnyone LOVE HINA: KeitaroxNaru, KeitaroxMitsune, KeitaroxMotoko, KeitaroxSu, KeitaroxShinobu, SetaxHaruka PRETTY FACE: RandoxRina, RandoxNatsuo, ManabexAnyone Female, YukiexUnnamed Boyfriend, KinoshitaxYuna, TamuraxYuna, EndoxYuna Other Random Facts: I like drawing, and I think I'm pretty good at it. I'll probably get a million flames for this, but I hate Twilight, since all the girls at school can do nothing but scream about Edward Cullen. Ender's Game is so much better. My sister hates me. The feeling's reciprocal. I prefer step-ladders to ladders. Getting into the mood for writing is extremely difficult for me. I don't have an Xbox360 or a PS3. Yes, sucks to be me. Did I mention loathing Twilight? To be frank, I'm a tad racist. And cynical. Think Soren. I have trouble deciding favorites. Food, manga, games, etc. You name it, I won't be able to make my mind up. I currently hold the record as the nerdiest person that is, was, and shall be at my school. Possibly the immaturity record as well. Seriously, the top half of my sixth grade locker was covered in pictures of Robert Pattinson. That guy looks like a drug addict. My human crushes nearly equal the game ones listed above. I like One Piece. I loathe all yaoi, dubs, FFVII ravers that haven't played VIII, 3D Sonic games (especially Unleashed- what was Sega thinking?), and jocks. Down with 4Kids. All hail Disney. Most boys at school (myself included) call him Edward Crappen, mostly out of jealously. I mean, the girls freakin' drool. Ocean's Eleven (the 2001 version) is the best movie ever. I am a hardcore gamer and a liberalist as such. In other words, Nintendo has failed us and Jack Thompson is a jackass. "Se"xbox indeed. Twilight sucks. Please don't kill me. Whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won't repost it? If you believe in Jesus Christ, put this in your profile, and don't just ignore this, because in the Bible, it says if you deny me, I will deny you in front of my Father in the gates of Heaven. | |||||||
