Author has written 7 stories for Love, Life, and Romance. What can I say of myself? I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Words have a special place in my heart. I am most comfortable in stream-of-conscious pieces, though that has not always been the case. I was a fiction writer for a very long time. I'd say I still am, but I've barely written anything in the past five years. I call this condition my semi-permanent writer's block. I feel like a man lost at sea, surrounded by water but still thirsting, craving, starving. I miss the comfort of it all; I sometimes think writing is the closest thing to flying I could ever experience. That immense longing is what brought me to fictionpress, I guess. I want to re-learn everything, all the little rules and drives which I seem to have forgotten during my many years of misuse (or just lack of use). I want to write again. I want to meet new people - new writers - who may or may not understand me as a writer, but who write nonetheless. No one else knows the joys and the torments of a poet better than another poet.
