Author has written 6 stories for Sci-Fi, Friendship, and General. THE GLITCH IS GONE! (BUT FOR HOW LONG?) Hello all you people out there. Just like my name says, I love books! Hurray for authors, past, present, and future! YAY! If you haven't already, go thank a writer today. We interrupt this program for a public apology, which is what public wrongs deserve. If you have clicked over here from my review on Personal Log by Nutterfly, take this as my apology for what I said. My review, which unfortunately cannot be removed, is poorly explained and sends all the wrong messages. Such sentiments should never have been posted in a public form. I will stand by what I believe; however, it was not my place to bare such feelings in such a manner. I apologize to Nutterfly for the embarrassment this has caused, and also to all those who must read what I wrote. If it could be undone, I would undo it; as it is, I can only do my best to pick up the pieces. Now, to business. Possible future posts: A note on posting habits in the future: I've recently found some good advice at http://farroandsulfur.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2011-05-29T09%3A48%3A00-07%3A00&max-results=7 (April 19, 2011) and I'm going to take it. My current writing process is not working for me, and I've got to fix some of those bad habits that have crept up over time. Try Not to Lose Your Head About It will not be making an appearance any time soon; I need to get Griffin done and stop burning myself out by dilly-dallying around. Unfortunately for those of you who have come to know and love (well, maybe not that second one) Jake and Matt's merry band of werewolves, to do this right I'll need to stop posting for a while. I'm barely making one three-page chapter a month as it is, so I know I've got to change something. More later, when I've regained some of my lost momentum and whatever semblance of sanity I once had. Griffin (working):top-secret gv't org called Griffin devoted to catching werewolves (who do not actualy turn into wolves) and exploiting them for a superman serum they're developing. Operative Jake Alpha starts an organization to take them down from the inside, teaming up with a lycanthropic Alpha whose pack carries far too many shadows from Jake's past, before he learned of Griffin mistreatment of werewolves. It was also before he lost Joanne. Working Title-Marcus Aurelius ("Don't Lose Your head About It"?): No, it's not a historical fiction. This is a spare-time "alien" project which should be pretty slow, once a month at best. Mostly, just a take-the-theory-and run using extra dimensions instead of the concept of other life out there when, according to my beliefs, God only made one man and, as far as I can tell, never put mankind anywhere but Earth. Curently on hold while I start WRITING my blasted book already--the first one, Griffin. See Alien Theory and Marcus Aurelius Teaser for sneak-peeks of any kind. | |||||||
