Update December 2012: The story is a hot mess right now. I'm just all over the place. I'm going to attempt to rewrite, "My Boyfriend, the Skinhead" and maybe give it a new title. I will be taking down the second story, just because it's now irrelevant. And please, if you have any helpful advice, I would really appreciate it. Happy Holidays!

About me: I am 20 years old and I live in Houston, Texas. I am a 3rd generation Mexican-American. Most of my family speaks Spanish but I cannot. Why? I don't know; just never picked up on the language. I'm currently a sophomore in college. Believe it or not, I'm majoring in Nursing. I love writing and make A's in my English classes but it's not something I could see myself pursuing a career in.

Disclaimer: I know my story is controversial and it's not for everybody. I swear I'm not racist, never have been. One day I happened to see American History X and a light went off in my head. The Derek in the movie and the Derek in the story are completely different. I just really like that name. I sincerely hope that no one is offended by my stories. They are 100% fiction. I don't believe in censorship. However, if you really, really like my story but feel the dialogue has gone too far, I'm willing to tone it down. Just holla at me and I'll see what I can do.
