Oh, why hello there!

My name is Rainford and I am a writer(duh?). While I am new to FictionPress, I am certainly not new to writing! I have been writing for as long as I can remember, and I love it! I do not stick to one genre of writing, I like to try out all different kinds. However, I can say that I love to write stories that fall into the YA genre, but like I said, that is not the only kind of story that I enjoy writing.

When people ask me what my favorite books are, I can't really give them a straight answer because there are so many books that I love, and my taste in books changes all the time. But! One of the books I just ADORE is Gone by Michael Grant, along with the whole Gone series. If you haven't read them, I highly reccomend checking them out. (Unintentional Library Pun!)

I do have an account on FanFiction under the same penname as I use here, which, of course, is Rainford. I used to have two FanFictions published on the site, but I have since taken them down because I realized that they were not my best work and I just didn't like them! I will hopefully have some up soon.
