Hi everyone. As you can probably guess, I'm just someone who loves to write. I love constructive criticism so feel free to let me know what you think; what you like, what you didn't like. It's all hugely appreciated and will make me a better writer. Most of all though, I hope you enjoy reading my work :D
"Reject the basic assumptions of civilisation,
especially the importance of material possessions."
12 December, 2012 – Wow, I cannot believe this year is nearly over! I've been especially quiet since posting the last of the Kaiser series, for life reasons. The good news is that I have just started a new job (a million times less stressful than my previous one - my co-workers and I actually enjoy our jobs!!) and I've finally begun working on a new project.
Information on the new story is a little scarce at this stage. As I alluded to towards the end of Kaiser, I'm attempting to more or less free-write this new story and then edit it. It's a new approach for me (as opposed to painstakingly plotting prior) but I think that it will have a better result. With any luck, I intend to post teasers, or even the first chapter, when it looks like the book is taking shape. I'm excited to share it with you all as soon as I can, but I want it to be worth the wait.
In the meantime, I thought I would share my current reading obsession with you. Quite simply, this is Neil Gaiman. I highly recommend "American Gods". Seriously. Love. This. Man.
