My name is Ellen, I generally enjoy the company of humans, though I must admit; times with humans are to be considered rather grey and dull when compared with the times to be had with my natural kin, the mermaids of the ocean. Believe it or not, mermaids throw quite the impressive parties deep down in the darked parts of the sea where people would be crushed into miniatures by the weight of the water in seconds. That is where I belong, but alas, it is not where I am.
