Hello,

My name is Janna aka Literary Ink. I'm an aspiring romance writer who dreams of one day being published. Does FictionPress count? Moving on, I enjoy writing about characters who are off the beaten path and challenge the norms in whatever century I put them in. I hate weak female leads which is why you'll never find any in my stories. When it comes to male leads, I try to balance them out so they aren't overbearing, psychotic, rude, or come off feminine. I know some readers like those qualities however I prefer my leads to work together while making up for what the other lead lacks.

Aside from writing, I'm currently in college studying to get my B.A. in History. 18th and Mid 19th Century American History is my major. Religion is my minor. I have about a year and a half left before I can join the "real world" because the one I've been living in is obviously fake. After I get my degree, I have no idea what I'll do next. Maybe I'll teach high school history once I earn the proper accreditation or maybe I'll earn my Masters degree and work in a museum...at this point, I'm just trying to survive the massively long research papers I have to write.

Now, just to forewarn you, I probably won't be updating as frequently as I did when I first started writing. Pumping out a new chapter every week was fine and dandy until life happened. Between school, my two children, husband, and run a smooth ship, sometimes I may not get to sit down and update a story. For that, I do apologize but I promise that when I do post, you'll enjoy it and will be happy that I made you wait two months :)

Of course, reviews are always welcomed and appreciated. I have to admit, getting a review is like crack for me. Once I see a review, I'm already jonesing for the next hit.
