DIMENSION HEROES

Introduction

Oh no, Earth is certainly not the only world out there. In fact, there are myriads of universes parallel to our own, but completely seperate.

Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong.

Rifts are opening up between Earth and Creturia, a world of monsters. As a result, the creatures of that world are crossing dimensions and running amok! Enter the Dimensional Guardians, heroes who keep the dimensions in check.

Oh, and did I mention they're a group of 5 teenagers?

Rob, Chip, Wyn, Brittany, and Tami have been recruited as the new Dimensional Guardians, and it's their job to save their world from this new threat...whether they like it or not! Along the way, they'll discover an amazing new world full of powerful friends, vicious enemies, and the adventure of a lifetime!

Monday, October 26th, 2008- Well, my website thus far has been a major pain to work with. It's been a great learning experience, though. I've come to realize that I'm much more comfortable uploading the story a book at a time instead of being pressured to pump out three chapters weekly. That's just way too much work. And, you'll recall I said that I'd quit updating Dimension Heroes on here for a while to work on my site, and since that time has passed, it's time to get back to regular updates.

And for starters, allow me to present the first five Books of Dimension Heroes in prose format! That's not all, though! Books 6-12 will be up tomorrow, with book 13 hopefully coming within the next two weeks or so, thus completing Dimension Heroes, season 1, the way it was meant to be read.

Of course, there's no where to go but up from there. On November 15th, the series will resume with book 16: Feeling Battie, with book 17 coming down the pike a short while later. I hope you guys enjoy!

That said, I'm really debating on throwing in the towel on FictionPress.

Really, it's pretty clear that Dimension Heroes doesn't really garner a lot of traffic on this website. Thus, I think I'm going to quit updating it on here for a while and concentrate on promoting my new site, which will be the new home for Dimension Heroes. Instead of by "books", the series will be released in "chapters", with hopefully 2 or 3 chapters a week. Currently I'm finished with book 5 in a traditional book format, with books 6-13 set to be completed through the rest of the year.

Monday, August 25th, 2008- Sorry to all subscribed to my stories that received a message saying a new chapter has been uploaded for Volume 1. Actually, I've been re-writing the first volume in traditional book format to attract more readers, and I forgot that FictionPress gave you the option of replacing chapters without deleting them outright. But anyway, if you want to re-read the very first book of the series in a traditional format...well, there ya go. And new readers...I hope you won't be put off by the fact that all the books after Call to Adventure are written in a script format. Please be assured that books 2-13 will be updated between now and May. I'll keep you all informed in the news section.

Also, titles and descriptions for Books 16-18 are up. I decided to be nice and give you another double-batch of stories as our intrepid heroes continue their way up--and through--Angel Mountain. Please look forward to them.

Saturday, August 16th, 2008- Well, the first two books of Season 2 are up. I was originally going to only put up Book 14, but there was so much exposition to get out of the way that I ran out of any space for any action! Thus, I threw in Book 15--which is chock full of action--as well. I really hope you enjoy the series as the story starts to pick up, and I especially hope the standard story format is more to the liking of my readers. It's something that I'm not particularly used to, but I hope it came out okay. I'd really really appreciate your comments if you have the time to deliver them. :)

As of this writing, I'm about halfway through Book 22. That's right, I've gotten a lot done in the last few months. I plan on releasing one new story a month or so, hopefully culminating with the 2-part season finale next May. But that's a long time down the road. Until then, please enjoy Books 14 and 15, and be on the lookout for Book 16 on Saturday, September 13th!

SEASON 1: DISCOVERY

1. Call to Adventure- Rob Anthony, Brittany Housley, and Tami Webb have come across a set of bracelets with the power to save the world…only they don’t realize it. That is, until a monster named Tritails comes to their world in search of them…and one of its first targets is Rob! Is he up to the challenge?

2. Mysterious Warrior Wyn- Wyn Locke is just passing through. But he's more than just a traveller: he may very well have the answers to Rob's questions. Unfortunately for Rob, along with answers, he brings trouble.

3. A Devious Duo- Things continue to get more complicated at two more Guardians appear: Trey and Troy. But unlike Rob and Wyn, these guys are working for the bad side! And they’ll do whatever it takes to have the other Guardians disposed of.

4. Girl Power- Trey and Troy have been defeated now, but they’re not through yet! They have their sights set on two new targets: Brittany and Tami! What can be done? Rob can’t let them know of his powers, and Wyn’s just a jerk. Take a guess who saves the day in this one!

5. The Final Guardian-The final Guardian power has been...stolen?! A bumbling cop named Derek has come across the last Guardian power, and becomes the target of Clonar's forces. But wait, there's another person out there who may end up with the Guardian power, whether he wants to or not!

6. A Reluctant Ally- Chip is completely reluctant to join in the fight against Clonar and his forces, even with his life already in danger. When Clonar sends the hyperintelligent Cymian after him and Rob, only one person can save the day! But will it be him?

7. Wayward- Brittany stumbles across a wayward monster. But unlike those the Guardians have faced so far, this one isn't interested in a fight. It's up to her and Tami to save poor Ookta from the clutches of the devious Armorostel and Diamondos.

8. United Against Darkness- Trey and Troy challenge all five Guardians to a showdown. But when they finally come together, can they overcome their shock and unite? They'll have to, because Clonar has had enough waiting on the sidelines, and he's ready to see the Guardians' power for himself!

9. Explanations- The Guardians finally have a little bit of breathing time to discuss everything that happened, as well as their next course of action. Meanwhile, the police force goes up against Clonar's forces. Who will come out on top?

10. No Wyn In Team- The Guardians begin their training to take down Clonar, but realize they need help. Reluctantly, Rob traverses to find Wyn and get him to join them. Unfortunately, Wyn isn't interested in Rob's offer, and Rob isn't about to take no for an answer. You've been waiting for it, and the moment has come: Rob Vs. Wyn!

11. Training Daze- Training kicks into overdrive as the Guardians strive to master their powers. But will their skills be enough when Trey and Troy send the most powerful dark Creturian yet to deal with them?

12. Clonar's Last Stand, Part 1- Five powerful dark Creturians have been unleashed and are tearing the city apart as Clonar's plan for world domination is finally underway. And when even the military fails in their attempt to stop them, who is left? Have the Dimensional Guardians finally met their match? Has Clonar finally won?

13. Clonar's Last Stand, Part 2- Feldnaut City has been destroyed, the citizens evacuated, and the military forces wiped out. It all comes down to the final climactic battle between the Dimensional Guardians and Dark Lord Clonar!

SEASON 2: ANGEL MOUNTAIN

The Guardians thought that Clonar was the biggest threat to their world, but little do they realize that Clonar was simply the harbinger of a much greater terror. The stakes are even higher as they find their way to Creturia itself in search of a power source that will save both worlds from destroying one another. And if having to explore the lush mountains, vast deserts, and open seas of another world wasn't enough, looming in a shadows is a sinister force that makes Clonar's dark powers pale in comparison!

14. Departure For Angel Mountain- The Guardians are contacted by a mysterious man named Gubaru, who has shocking information for them: he's the commander of the original Dimensional Guardians, and he has a mission for them, one that will determine the fate of two worlds!

15. A Rocky Start- The perilous climb up Angel Mountain has begun. As if climbing a huge mountainrange wasn't enough, they also have the mysterious Burlok to deal with, as well as his army of Lapidars.

16. Feeling Battie- Trapped in a dark cave, Rob struggles to find his way out while avoiding a hungry bat Creturian named Battie. To make matters worse, a new group of enemies is mounting, one that may prove to be more than a match for our heroes. COMING NOVEMBER 15TH!

17. Into the Fire- The Guardians are shocked to discover a prison deep in the lava-filled caves of Angel Mountain. Can they save the prisoners from certain doom and retrieve the cybasphere from the army of Fibals? COMING IN DECEMBER!

18. Botheads- Brittany and Tami have been kidnapped and are being held in a near impenetrable fortress! The kidnappers? Two moronic creatures named Biff and Boof. But what they lack in brains, they make up for in deadly mechanical ingenuity. COMING IN JANUARY!
