Author has written 10 stories for General, Fantasy, Romance, General, Humor, Mystery, and Supernatural.

1/18/13: Updates might take quite awhile, since I am still busy (and my months of inactivity have made me hit writer's block). Hopefully I'll be able to start writing again within the month and publish some chapters by the end of February. Thank you for your patience. :)

'Allo. I'm Vivace.Assai. Writing has always been a joy for me ever since I was little. Plus, I have a rather idealistic vision that writing can help change the world considering it is a form of communication and expression. I write for relaxation, and I'm here to improve my writing and share the inner musings of my psyche. So please delve into the worlds I've created and take a step into one version of the irrational and crazy world known as an author's imagination. I would much appreciate it if you did. Thanks!

AND

RITUAL REPETITION

Genre: Mystery/Supernatural/Fantasy
Update Schedule: Tentative

Summary: Nine days quarantined in suburbia. What can possibly go wrong? That is what D. Valerie initially believed when police cars surrounded the happy neighborhood of Brook Fields declaring that no one could leave the place for nine days. There were suspicions but of course, quarantines for protection is normal. Still, it doesn't explain why D. Valerie keeps hearing whispers at night or why Rowan's visions of his fatal mistake are getting much more graphic and violent. What's more: a popular young man has disappeared. And a girl is starting to see ghosts. And Rowan's scream are getting louder. What is happening in Brooks Field? And how is it related to what S. and Cirasu are doing away from the Group?

Reviewing Policy

I tend to follow the policy of returning reviews. Since I'm always open to discovering new stories on this site and I believe in spreading the reviewing love, I might return a review on most of my stories depending on the review's detail. I will, however, return all reviews for my major works: The Memory Holder and any story in the Myte series (preferably the in-progress work).

"Yet being mine own, at length affection would
Thy blemishes amend, if so I could.
I washed they face, but more defects I saw
rubbing off a spot, still made a flaw.
I stretcht thy joints to make thee even feet
Yet still thou run'st more hobbling than is meet.
In better dress to trim thee was my mind
But nought save home-spun cloth, i' th' house I find.
In this array, 'mongst vulgars may'st thou roam.
In critic's hands, beware thou dost not come..."
- Excerpt from Anne Bradstreet's poem "The Author to her Book"

"Literature is the question minus the answer." - Critic Roland Barthes

"ROSENCRANTZ: What are you playing at?
GUILDENSTERN: Words, words. They're all we have to go on."
- Excerpt from Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard

"All men have opinions but few think." - George Berkeley

"My imagination makes me human and makes me a fool; it gives me all the world and exiles me from it." - Ursula K. Le Guin
