Author has written 4 stories for Romance, Horror, and Historical. Hello all. I'm pulling from this site. It's been great, and I've learned a lot, but I think it's time to move on. There's something about this site that forces writers to compete with each other - for reviews, followers, and whatever. I've been through a lot of personal shit this year, and it's made me realize that you can't define yourself by success, because you'll never be as good as you want to be. I'm also getting tired of dealing with the insincerity, the immaturity, and the regular bullshit that people throw at each other. But to a greater degree, I think I've gotten what I've needed from this site, and it's time to move on to better things. Lots of love to the Review Game forum - really a great place to find sincere, like-minded people and excellent constructive criticism. I'll still be available as a freelance reviewer, beta, and I might still participate in forum activities or writing contests.
