Hello and welcome to my profile; I like to keep things short.

FanFiction. DeviantART. Tumblr.

Hi! I'm Ray (my alias), an avid reader and protester as you can see. I love debating with people, and reading many, many stories. My favorite series of all time is Harry Potter while my favorite book is The Hobbit, closely followed by Flowers for Algernon. I have been asked many times about my age, and I repeat, I am twelve years old, seventh grade. Really, I write only for fun, but I do wish to become an author someday. Whether I am a good writer or not, that is for you to decide. English is not my native language, but I don't use that as an excuse for badly written stories or horrid grammar.

She is blinded by a bright light, greeted by the blare from a horn, and her ears pierced by the screeching of wheels trying to halt. She tries to get out of the path of the uncontrolled car, tries to avoid the crash, raising her hand as a shield even though she knows it wouldn't help. It's too late... Copyright January 23rd, 2013. One-shot written at school for a project and inspired by NPR's This I Believe essay program. My philosophy in this essay is on the cruelty of life and how they relate to sand castles... This is my own poem which is inspired by a famous character in history, Helen Keller. It takes you through the most important events in her life. Unlike so many of us who actually CAN see, Helen is a girl who will always seek to find the light her eyes will never perceive. I think she has found it, don't you? Copyright August 10th, 2012. It's still in my mind. It was my fault he died. People said it wasn't. But it was. The guilt rested on my shoulders and my shoulders alone.
