Author has written 29 stories for General, Fantasy, General, Love, Life, Essay, Family, and Romance. Hello all, and welcome! A BIT ABOUT ME I am a creative and artistic person; I have been writing/creativing fascinating stories well over a decade. I am not new to the writing process. I got started with poetry back in elementary school, and slowly built my way up to fiction naratives. I probably like writing because I read so often. I am an "artsy" type. I like to experiment with odd styles, and follow a very classical type of descriptive style. I'm only 21, finishing up two AA's at a local community college, and I am still deciding what university to go to. WHY I AM HERE So far, I have yet to be published. This is what I am hoping I can accomplish through fictionpress. During my last semester a friend of mine wrote a paper on fanfiction and the effects/affects it has in accordance with adoltenscent female sexuality. In the research process, she showed me articles detailing authors who started from fanfiction, and eventually being "discovered" and went straight on to publishing their own works. Since fanfiction(dot)net has been advertising fictionpress, I decided to upload my own creations. Last semester I took a creative writing course, so, I am uploading my graded assignments in hopes of sharing what I think are nifty pieces! Well, it's nice to be part of the community. THE NAME My name real name is Aeriel, but, feel free to call me Codename Chibi. So why Codename Chibi? I'm super short, chubby, and more adorable than a basket of kittens and puppies napping. Also, the things I plan to update will be mostly flash-fiction, short stories, a bit of poetry. So it just sort of works. :D Enjoy readers! NEW IDEAS I'm thinking of taking some Random Word Challenges. It's a scene or short story based on a word. Or even Single Sentence Challenges, which is similar, except a fully formed sentence that is incorporated into a short story. If you would like one of those PM me. I don't mind.
