Author has written 9 stories for Sci-Fi, Mystery, and Fantasy.

Hey, Agent Daffodil here (who else would it be?). I recently started college as a bio major. I like to write and read, mostly science fiction, but I'm willing to try almost anything. I've heard from various sources that my writing is good, but I don't suffer from the delusion that my writing is good enough to ever get published; I only like to write for fun and as a means of self-expression, and it sure is a lot of fun. On the flip-side, I like to read a lot, but oftentimes I am very busy and can't get around to it as often as I want to. I put this account up so I can have a place to share my writing, but I don't expect to get much traffic except from friends I direct here. Obviously you must be reading this, though, so congrats on that. Seeking approval from strangers on the internet validates my lagging self-esteem.

I'd say that in writing, I value originality and the ability to involve the reader the most. Also, if you read anything by me, please tell me your honest thoughts on it, because I'm never going to improve myself if all I get are half-hearted "it was okay." I think I'm subconsciously afraid that everything I write is secretly really dumb but everyone is too tactful to tell me. So please be honest, even to the point of brutality. I don't care if you loved it or hated it, as long as you tell me what made you feel that way. I promise I can handle it. Also, be vigilant for typos please.

While I do thoroughly enjoy anime and manga, I'm not a huge fan of fanfiction, so I generally am not interested in Fanfiction.net, so don't ask me if I have an account there.

Also, I'd like to apologize to anyone who naively signed up for my author notifications and had their inbox flooded with updates when I posted a new story. I like to break my stories, which can be quite long, into manageable chunks by starting a new section whenever there is a jump in time or point of view, so it results in a lot of chapters and a lot of notifications.

What I'm working on now: Right now I have ideas for four stories; they are called, in no particular order: Dragonform III, The Wall of Illusions, Royal Blood, and The Chess Match.

PS If your story's summary contains fanfiction terms, ie, says "Contains slash!" or "contains yaoi! mxm," or sounds like it was writen by a twelve-year-old, I will click away from your story. Immediately.
