Author has written 6 stories for Supernatural, Biography, and General. UPDATE 1/14/13 Hello, all! Hope you're all having a good new year so far! For me, the new year has brought lots of writing inspiration and motivation! Lacuna Oneiric is going smoothly, and based off the great reviews I've been getting, I feel this story is really coming together :) I wish Lacuna Oneiric wasn't the only story I had being updated, but with having my hands full with DBZ fanfics as well as my big original novel, I don't have much stamina for adding another big story to my to-do list. I'll try to do more shorts, though. Welcome to my profile! I am FangSoul from deviantART and FangSoul06 on Fanfiction.net! For more prompt updates on my writing, go to my deviantART journal here: http://fangsoul.deviantart.com/journal/ My writing passion started ever since I was old enough to read and pick up a crayon. When I was little I was always writing/drawing my own storybooks. I started writing novels/short stories when I was 11--which were mostly fanfiction of my favorite cartoon show DragonBall Z. I also wrote a few horse stories. My first big undertaking as far as an original novel was a story called "Luke: The Unicorn Colt". It was never finished, but it had a very grand setting and story, even coming from the imagination of a 13 year old. Whenever we had a short story assignment for English class in school, I was creating 50-page novellas when most of my classmates jotted down 5-10 page stories. Guess you can imagine a great lot of the time, I never finished a story to turn in on time LOL!! I drowned myself in fanfiction for quite a while before my friend--also a novelist--had inspired me to create my first original novel--the real deal. That novel was "Whisperer", and was a novel about one of my many passions and mythical creatures: werewolves. I started writing this novel in '08, and by late 2011, it had 300 pages and 24 chapters--barely halfway done. But all of that progress was lost to oblivion when someone broke into my house and stole my computer, which held every single story I'd worked on for the past 10 years. It was like someone ripped a hole in my heart. Ever since then, it's been a slow, steady process rebuilding what I'd lost. However, I knew if I wanted to publish any of my works in the future, I needed to broaden my horizons, so to speak. So I enrolled in Fiction Writing classes and whatnot. Being a closet writer to the most extreme, it was the first time I let others read my stories and heard their feedback. I grew a lot in that semester, and I want to continue growing. So that's why I'm here on FictionPress; to open myself up to my peers and learn how to become a more efficient writer. I'm open to constructive criticism, but I have no time for personal biases; in other words, if your comment/review will consist of nothing but "this is boring", "this story sucks", "you need more/less drama/action/sex", or anything of the like, it will be DELETED. I hope you enjoy my works. Thank you for stopping by! - | |||||||
