The Basics:
I'm named Abigail (shortened to Abii or Abby sometimes), as I truly hope you've figured out, but I have some gender issues (as if being bisexual isn't enough -_-) and am seriously thinking of becoming Aleksander. (What do you think of the name? Only a few of my friends know and none of my family, so I haven't gotten any opinions or help.)
I was born in 1998. I gave the year because I'm too lazy and forgetful to update my profiles every year! I live in the USA, more specifically Massachusetts. My home is a breezy, beautiful but small and overprivileged ocean side town in New England that I sincerely hate with few exceptions.
I have a fiery temper and a sarcastic, mildly mean, and self deprecating sense of humor. I'm actually rather smart and quirky.
After going to a good college and beginning the a career in editing\writing or archaeology\writing, I plan to travel all the time and not bother with even buying an actual home because I hate the idea of settling down and having a family. I'm just not that stable kind of person, you know?

Hobbies:
This is hard, because I do lots of weird stuff, but almost none of it seriously... So! Reading massive amounts off books is a big one. I stagger out of the public library with canvas bags full of books and stacks up to my chin. It's an addiction, similar to my Shelfari obsession. I love writing fantasy and I've started some sci-fi and realistic fiction.
I edit a lot on Fiction Press. I like art quite a bit and do some manga, paint in watercolor, draw (in charcoal, ink, pastel, and chalk pastel), do digital photography, film photography, and ceramics. I'm really crappy at all of it, besides these weird ink doodles I can't figure out hold to even describe (I will post a link to my deviant art when I actually put pics up!).

I can sew by hand and on a machine, knit, embroider, and completely murderlize my clothing with paint, bleach, sharpies, dye, buttons, and whatever else is on hand until it's actually cool. This is what happens when you're raised as a girl -_-

I also am an amateur archer, which is just plain cool. I'm in my school's art/writing magazine club and art club as if now, might join more... Hopefully the GSA next year, now that I'm out as bisexual. Oh, and I'm a really good cook.

Music
I love music. Coldplay, Linkin Park (my new favorite), Chevelle, Santana, My Chemical Romance, Sigur Ros, Green Day, Panic! At the Disco, Mozart, Vivaldi, Bloc Party, Iron Maiden, Lily Allen,The Beatles...
Trying to decide if I like Screamo and metal or not. Any suggestions?

I will be an author (if all goes well), but my main career will probably be in book editing or biotechnology.
I'm bisexual and just came out this year! I will murder those of you who are homophobic at me. (SECTUMSEMPRA!)
