I love to write (and read) a lot of different types of poetry. I like those authors that are descriptive with their poetry and they always have that hidden meaning that I really have to think about. Surprisingly, I think I'm being pulled towards those poems that describe loneliness, darkness, sadness. I usually write poetry in free verse.
