Author has written 9 stories for Action, Love, General, Supernatural, and Life. Why, hello everyone. If you are looking at my profile, then you must be wondering who I am. I shall answer this by simply stating that I am a fellow writer who wishes to share my words with people who will appreciate them. I write various kinds of stories, as I have found out recently that I don't really stay in one kind of category, though sometimes I am in the mood to write some form of poetry. I believe that a lot of what I write is very good, and if you disagree then you are entitled to your own opinion. My poetry may not be the best, so please forgive me if it doesn't meet your expectations. I honestly can't say how often I will update haha. When I started writing here, I had hoped to update at least once a month, but now I've seemed to have caught a bout of laziness. Sorry to anyone who has read any of my stories on here and are still waiting for me to update. Anyway, I was bored recently and decided to look up random quotes. Here are some I found quite entertaining/inspirational/just plain cool quotes. And just to put this up front, I'm not sure if the authors are all right because sometimes... the Internet... lies. Yeah, shocking, I know. Anywho, here they are. Enjoy. Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss. –Douglas Adams Three men can keep a secret if two are dead. –Benjamin Franklin Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe. –Albert Einstein I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying. –Oscar Wilde Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read. –Groucho Marx In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life. It goes on. –Robert Frost They say such nice things about people at their funerals that it makes me sad to realize I'm going to miss mine by just a few days. –Garrison Keillor I am prepared to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the ordeal of meeting me is another matter. –Winston Churchill My mother always said that every time you do a good deed here on Earth, you're storing up a treasure in heaven. Which means Mother Teresa's probably got some beachfront property up there and I'm up to a box of Milk Duds and a Pez dispenser. –Robert G. Lee I don't want to put my life in the hands of any doctor who believes in reincarnation. Give me a good old-fashioned American doc who'll make sure you live to pay that bill. –Glen Super If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day, so I never have to live without you. –A. A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh Speaking in front of a crowd is the number one fear for an average person. Number two is death. That means if you have to be at a funeral, you'd rather be in the casket than doing the eulogy. –I don’t know, sorry. Haha. We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are. –Anais Nin | |||||
