Introduction

Hi everyone, so if you're reading this then you've taken your time to check out my profile. I suppose I start off with the basics of who I am, and why I joined. You can all call be my pen-name "ForAnotherDay98", because my real name is personal information and what not. Anyways I'm very new to fictionpress as you can tell, but I've been on fanfiction for three years now. More about my time on fanfiction later, right now I want to just explain why I joined fictionpress in the first place. I joined fictionpress because I've been having a few original ideas in mind. Original ideas mean original characters, also known as OC's. Now OC's aren't exactly liked in the fanfiction community. Why? Well the moment your OC looks a little pretty, or does anything a little heroic they are accused of being a Mary/Gary Sue. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not going to lie to you all by saying I've never-ever created a Mary Sue. Actually I think everyone who has ever created an original character has created a Mary/Gary Sue, at some point. Now there are more Mary Sue's out there, then there are Gary Sue's...so I digress. Oh speaking of digressing, I apologize for my horrible comma overdose. I have a tendency to do that, but when I'm writing stories I try my hardest to control it. Anyways I have more then a dozen stories on fanfiction, so I plan to take my time when creating stories on fictionpress. I mean fanfictions aren't so hard because you are just playing around with another fandom. When writing original fiction, you have to create this whole story all on your own.

Anyways let me continue on, about my writing & me. I love writing, I always have and I always will. I've been an avid reader ever since elementary school, and I've been an avid writer since like forever. I don't write because it's a hobby of mine...I write, because it's a passion of mine. What can I say? I love doing it, and it's for sure one of the ways I get all my feelings out. Also I recently learned that I can't write when I'm angry. I use to assume that my best writing would come from being angry. Surprisingly, the only writing I get from anger is writer's block...which I hate! Also speaking of emotions and writing, I write for a few genres. I usually write a lot of drama, and romance. Somtimes I might write a little thriller, because I've been having a few ideas so far. And perhaps, maybe later on I might write something for Young Adult & Fantasy. Who knows for sure though, the outcomes are endless!
