My Name is Katlana Child, or Shelby. Some people call me Shelbeast. Some called me Shelbs, and most just call me Shelby.

Just a Bit About Myself: I love writing fan-fics. I also love spending my free-time (If I have a large amount of it ((most likely a day)) ) making videos with Sims. My career choices revolve around Law Enforcement, however, I might just want to settle with being an author; a dream I've had for several years.

I am not a people-person; in fact, I hate going into public places where it is crowded. I also hate being closed in. If I am, I kind of get a little...Jumpy, I guess and I have to move where I have one open space on either side of me. I am smart, some would say, but I have a hard time concentrating on subjects I'm not too fond of. My best subject; Language Arts. (Of course! :) )

I like music. I really prefer Country, Rap, and maybe even a little Techno. Aside from writing stories, I have also written my own songs. However, I do not sing. :) My brother and I are hoping to make our own album one day with crazy songs that we come up with over time. So far, we have one serious song combined with several songs, including one that just plays the same string on the guitar for some time.

My Interests (Before and Now); I've been obsessed with a lot of things in the past, including Danny Phantom, Teen Titans, and my latest, Cause of Death-The App Game for iPod Touch and iPad. I like to hover around one topic in particular until it gets really popular (or after I get enough crap from my friends about it.) I used to be mega-obsessed with Harry Potter, but that slowly declined and I do have a liking for Hunger Games. It's not extreme though. I am also the kind of girl who loves playing video games, especially the violent ones. (I have four brothers and zero sisters.) I also have a deep liking for the really old Nintendo video games including Banjo Kazooie, DK, and James Bond. The violent video games I play usually have zombies in them.

One year, I dressed up as a character from my zombie game, but no one knew who I was, so it was kind of a fail, even though I really looked like her. (Zoey from Left 4 Dead, by Valve.)
