UPDATE: December 7th, 2012

Hmm... So I never got around to posting the cards, did I? I think I'll start a story called Laziness and post the cards that I missed on that. And then next year, I'll definitely post them in time. Yes. Sounds like a plan.

And guess what? When I published the last card I was stealing time out of Midterm-Exams-Prep-Time... This time, I'm stealing time out of Middle-Of-The-Finals-Swatting-Time.

You may know me as SwimmingThroughExistance- I am she! That account is for my poetry, prose and everything in between. This account is for my friends- on their birthdays.

To: My Friends

Why? Because each of you is an integral part of my life. Now, seeing as I'm not on Facebook, (I don't think I ever will join...) I cannot write you a 'senti birthday caption' full of 'remember the time when's or 'I love you so much's.

I can't even handmake a card- crammed with pictures and memories and inside-jokes. If I tried, it'd probably repulse you so much that you'd rip it to shreds and run away screaming.

So this is what I came up with- I can write.

And hopefully, you'll like it...

As an afterthought, although I've already explained it to you, you're the only one of my friends who has access to this one. This is my sorry excuse of a 'Birthday Present' to you... For the other one... Wait 'till Graduation... although I'm counting on you forgetting!

To: My Readers

Now, the first birthday coming up, is on the 5th of August. How fitting that it happens to my muse/dear friend's birthday! Unfortunately, our exams start on the 13th- therefore I REALLY can't devote time to my writing- cards or otherwise. But I SWEAR that come September, Birthday Cards will be posted as and when birthdays come.
