Wassup?

I'm an agnostic seventeen year old. At times I feel the world is a complex and beautiful place and at other times I truly believe we are all simply living just to die. I dedicate my free time to reading, listening to music, and writing. I'm really trying to better my writing skills, so criticism is greatly appreciated. I get inspiration from everything that goes on around me; the state of the world, the pain, the love, the tragedy, the dreams. The greatest asset I have in writing is my, if I do say so myself, incredibly vivid and wild imagination. I tend to get sucked into words as if they were a parallel dimension in which I am part of. I enjoy writing in part because I'd rather live the adventurous life of a storybook character than continue on in the one I am actually residing in. I do not, however, believe in happily ever after's, superhuman characters, or anything of the like. I believe in writing through human emotion rather than desire. I believe in relaying emotion in a way which can come across both terrible and beautiful. I also believe the world is a messed up place, and personally love reading a character whom I can relate to. I absolutely love meeting people and talking about all kinds of things. I waste time playing video games, surfing the internet, laying in the sun, and always wish I had more ambition for things. I would love to get to know you, so feel free to talk to me!
