Hello all. I am a twenty-something woman who has been writing forever. I am currently so stressed out, between school, work, and all of life's little gifts it doesn't care if you want or not, that I've decided to try writing to help myself deal with it all. I wanted to post somewhere online to get some feedback and to share my stories with others because I think it's more fun that way. And because none of my family or friends really want to read what I write, so this is my best option.

I would love to major in creative writing, but I am a computer science student. I'm so sick of math classes! But the programming itself is quite fun, and I'll most likely be able to find a good enough job that I can go back to school for a creative writing degree, so that maybe someday I can make a career out of writing.

Updates are probably going to be irregular. I'm sorry, but probably until May, that's just how it has to be because of my school and work schedules. :(

Calla is the daughter of a master thief and a former Royal Guard. When an emergency heist goes horribly awry, she finds herself at the butt end of the High King’s revenge. In the midst of panic and tragedy, she is visited by a Royal Assassin with every intention of ending her life. But when her dormant magical powers surge to the surface, she inadvertently binds herself to the assassin and he cannot harm her. But he also can’t go more than several feet from her side.
