RECENT NEWS:
02/28/08: I know it's been forever, but I really am working on Plain Jane chapter 10. Really. It's halfway done! Hopefully I'll get it out before we all grow gray hair. :P
11/14/07: So I just wasted valuable time (I should be doing my homework) posting a new short, Touring Auschwitz, and the completed copy of Unexpected Conversations. I'm not forgetting about Plain Jane, so please hang in there! I'll get around to writing more when my life isn't spiraling out of control because I have so much to do.
9/19/07: I know my lack of updates is horrendous, but I just started my sophomore year of college. I'm taking 18 credits and working 12 hours per week this semester, as well as being part of band, so please bear with me.
8/27/07: Plain Jane chapter 9 is finally posted! It's also my 19th birthday, so that's cool too. :-)

Random, if you care: I'm a big fan of Facebook and LJ, so if you're cool I might add you as a friend - if you ask me to. My favorite colors are orange, green, and silver. I think Costa Rica is the most beautiful country in the world. I am a huge music fan, and if I wasn't going in to a language-related career, it would definitely be in music. My current favorite bands are Five Iron Frenzy, Blindside, Emery, Staple, Project 86, Dead Poetic, and Underoath. Wussy, bland, repetitive Christian music really annoys me. I don't have my own car, and my cell phone is a piece of crap. I do have the most wonderful boyfriend in the world. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I would be nothing without Him. College has taught me to like the taste of coffee and to depend on it to stay awake in class. I love traveling to foreign countries, and I've been to Canada, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, and airports in Sweden and Denmark.

You might have noticed that I don't update often.
That's okay... I love to read everyone else's work, so I don't often get around to writing my own.
I am working on a new story, and I post the chapters as I write them. I'm sure they're a little rough, but once I finish writing I'll be going back over for some thorough editing.
Right now I'm in college as an English Lit & Writing major. I plan to be an editor, preferably of fiction. If you want an honest opinion of your writing, just ask me. I'll do my best to give you good advice on how you can improve, and on what I like about it.

Recommendations:
Firebird by JC Jaquez - One of the most well-written and creative stories on this site. It may be long, but it's complete and well worth your time.
Daddy's Little Girl by konstellation - This story was a joy to read, even though it's about basketball and I have never been into sports (with the exception of swimming). That should tell you something right there. Again, a complete story well worth your time.
Honourshill by Harmonized - Very descriptive and realistic, and the author has the amazing ability to bring her characters to life. Still in progress, but worth reading.
Queen of Glass by S.J.Maas - Fantasy story loosely featuring Cinderella. The author takes the story so much further, creating a completely new world and new characters. Recently completed with a sequel to come.
