I'm a hopeless romantic Filipina and I love to write. I can't seem to stop. I write in class, in the morning, in the night and when I'm supposed to be doing my homework. (Hehehe. I'm a big supporter of procrastination. Gotta love it.) ^_^
But I do have a life other than writing. So... hm... I'll give you a little something about myself. Favorite Color: Blue! I don't care if about half a million other people like it! Or that it's not a more of an original color... Blue is my color! How else can you be original with color other than by how your wear it? Favorite Books: I like to read a LOT. Favorite Subject: English ^_^ and History. History is cool and everything, even if I'm not doing so well right now. U_U Favorite Past Times (other than writing): I love to sing. Hehehe. I also love to draw and do art. I've taken that subject in school for about 4 years. It was easy, and it was one class less to worry about homework. ^_^ I like to read, obviously. I don't watch TV. But I do go to the movies and buy DVDs. Then there's kickin' it with my friends at the mall... the usual. *~*~*~*~* Some food for thought: Writing is a lot easier when you have something to say. ~Sholem Asch I owe my success to having listened respectfully to the very best advice, and then going away and doing the exact opposite. ~G. K. Chesterton If you start with a bang, you won't end with a whimper. ~T. S. Eliot Say all you have to say in the fewest possible words, or your reader will be sure to skip them; and in the plainest possible words or he will certainly misunderstand them. ~John Ruskin Nighttime is really the best time to work. All the ideas are there to be yours because everyone else is asleep. ~Catherine O'Hara Truth maybe stranger than fiction, but fiction is truer. ~Frederic Raphael First, find out what your hero wants. Then just follow him. ~Ray Bradbury If you can't annoy somebody, there's little point in writing. ~Kingsley Amis No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. ~Robert Frost Asking a working writer what he thinks about critics is like asking a lamp-post what he thinks about dogs. ~Christopher Hampton *~*~*~*~* | |||||||||
