12.31.08: Happy new year, everyone!

Xirysa Says: So I’m a sixteen year old south Indian girl living in Michigan, where the weather pretty much sucks if it isn’t summer. I’ve learned south Indian classical dance since I was five, so if I somehow appear as an OC in one of my fics, I’ll most likely be dancer, or someone with dancing in their past. Music is also a big part of my life; I sing Indian classical songs (although my little sisters sing much better than I do), play French horn in concert band, and mellophone in marching band. Er... What else... I really wish that virtual/anime men were real, since they are most definitely hotter than men in the real world. And I'm a horrible potty mouth - it has now gotten to the point where I must conciously censor myself around little children and adults, which is actually quite bad.
I use FictionPress.com as a place to merely work on drabbles/character growth for my original stories.

Weight: 103 lbs... Sad, I know. I have a fast metabolism.
Heritage: I'm South Indian - Telugu if you want to be specific.
Talents: Well... Dancing (I should be - I've been learning since I was five), French horn, mellophone, Indian classical singing (somewhat), writing, trumpet (even though I quit), remembering random facts and dates, having the appetite of three full grown men (I eat more than my dad and some of his friends COMBINED. And they eat quite a bit), cooking (I can actually make meals without burning down the kitchen), embarrassing myself in public... Stuff like that.
Likes: Dancing, video games, gardening, eating, singing, reading, drawing, writing, bugging my parents, being the bane of my younger sisters' existances, watching television, Fire Emblem, ALL of the Final Fantasy games (with FFX being my absolute favorite), Kingdom Hearts (both, although I lke the first game more than the second since it's got more Disney), Rose of Versailles, any of the original ORIGINAL Disney movies (Pinocchio and Lion King are my favorites), Harry Potter, Howl's Moving Castle (the book and the movie), Spirited Away, the word "masochist", yaoi (I'm a fangirl, but not for real explicit stuff) and fire. Yes, I'm a pyromaniac (but not as much as I used to be. And I am most definitely NOT an arsonist.)
Dislikes: Quite a lot of stuff, actually. Cold weather, posers, white people who try to be Indian (Cheetah Girls movie mean anything to anyone?), racists, sexists, homophobes, leeches and parasitic worms (possibly the only animals on the planet that I hate with a passion), physics (my worst science class - I have no clue what to do), posers, rap, yuri, obscenely cold weather.
Writing Facts: Well, I'm notorious for having most of the things I write be under 1000 words - I don't know if it could be considered a blessing or a curse. I just write so that everything is straight forward and to the point, even if it sounds rushed. Gotta work on that... Hehe _; And I love poetry, even though I've been in a slump for the past few months... Meh.
Other Random Facts: There's a blue tissue box with pink roses on it sitting on my desk right now.
