Updates: 5.23.09

I just recently got news that I won first place in a literary festival for my short story 'End of the World' which I will be posting up here. I wish I would have had more time to edit because I know it could have been better (I clearly was unaware I would even come close to winning, only submitting it for the grade in creative writing) but since it did in fact win I'll post up the winning story instead of going back to edit. Comments / Critique are welcome.

"I love to write... it's all the paper work I can't stand"

For a writer, I'm pretty unsure of what to write here. I suppose I'll start by saying I can be called 'Aams' and compared to most other writers, I'm not all that great but I've been told I have potential (if I could actually ever finish anything). I'm an avid reader who wants to write something creative enough to pull a reader into a world other than the one they are in (which I find myself leaving on a daily basis). I suppose if there's anything you really want to know about me you'll ask yourself... and I'll probably change this around later.

Something to Explain my Writing
