My name is Brijida and I am eighteen years old. I am amusician, ex-athlete, mathematician, and a writer. My hobbies are practicing piano, violin, and voice, working out and swimming, painting my house, babysitting, tutoring children and college students, modeling, and traveling. Oh yes, and writing.

My first post is called Through a Glass Darkly. It came to me in the middle of the night during a time of many changes in my life- moving and all the changes and different emotions it entails. For example, loss of family, the proximity of the one I love, the house I grew up in, my job, etc etc. The meaning is mostly buried in allegory and imagery, but it is there. It's very adaptable to fit what you're going through, whatever that may be. I'd appreciate your reviews.
