Hey peoples. I've come to plug a new story by my friend, Topaz36. It's got fantasy AND romance, so it must be good. And dark, supernatural elements to make things interesting. I'm her beta, so I get a sneak peek at what she's writing, and I gotta tell you, you'll want to stop by this one. :D
Here it is: Inevitable Nights. Check it out!
I'm working on some character sheets for her story too, because a)she asked me, lol and b)I wanted to, since I love doing character refs and it'll be good practice for my college major. Yayyyy. They'll be posted in the near future on my deviantART.
Also, I'm in the process of writing a new story of my own. It's a little different than what I normally write (or read). It's mainly fantasy, with some allegorical as well as a little bit of steam-punk elements. The characters are fresh and I love them already. I hope to have a first chapter out soon or at least a preview.
I'm not going to give much away because I want to keep the element of surprise. :) But the title of this project is called: Enigma.
Greetings, you who have stumbled upon the haven of...she who cannot be named!
Okay, you can call me either C.J. (an internet nickname of mine, quite similar to my irl name) or Ash (random net-name). Calypso is my main muse and original character so if you address me as such it's okay but I am not Calypso; Calypso is an entity unto herself. ;)
I don't really write much nowadays; I mostly draw. Here's my art site: www.thecapturedspy.deviantart.com
By the way, the ongoing story Dragon Raiders (created by Geminyte, written by myself) will be on here. If you want information about DR, email or review me and I'll try to help you. Our group is still planning out the main storyline, so it could be some time before anything is put up here, unless it's side stories or character backgrounds.
Oh yes. I am also an avid and quick reader. I consume books like it's necessary for life on this planet...maybe they are. With me one can never tell. I prefer reading over writing and sometimes find myself critiquing the works of published authors. xD Not that it really means anything for either of us, since he or she is already published and I'm...well, not. Although I'd like to be. I like creating ideas but I have difficulties in getting them out of my head. And yes, I'd really like some constructive criticism on my writing (unless it's old stuff).

These are pretty much all fantasy authors...I've read scifi and non-fiction and classics for school and such, but these are really the only people whose books I seek after.
And now for MY stories:
As of 10/16/07, nothing new has been added, but I've been working on some side stories, and I have a couple things from English I may or may not put up. Everything from before this date is old and probably irrelevant.
Farewell, or for you Elvish speakers, Namaarie. I wonder who actually reads all this?...
Oh! ..I have a seperate account for my (better) poetry: Corazon Rose. :) If you're interested, check that out.
