Author has written 13 stories for Life, General, Young Adult, Romance, Humor, and Sci-Fi. On hold preparing for and participating in ScriptFrenzy. Will return by May. 'Ello, y'all. Information about me: I'm seventeen, live on the USA West Coast, and you can call me Kat. (Or Fran, if you're from the Revolution or the RG.) I've been writing since I was nine, but only started publishing five years ago on fanfiction.net before deciding to stick with original fiction. My motto is a Dr. Seuss quote: "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." I would love feedback or opinions on any aspect of my writing (or my profile) and yes, that is just my way of review-mongering. Ongoing stories: Good Against Evil- My NaNoWriMo story, will be severly edited before being posted. An ordinary woman and a villain's minion consider whether they are really "good" and what that means. A child tells this story to her grandfather. The first in a series. IN THE EDITING PROCESS Stories on hold: Quirky, Luck's got Nothing to do With It. These stories may be finished someday in the future, but I doubt it'll be anytime soon. Future stories: Untitled- Not yet posted, barely started. In a world where people are given an Attribute at birth, Instinct, Intelligence, or Creativity, four children uncover the darker side of their system: those who have nothing... and those who have too much. Room 3- Tentative title, unposted. A group of people trapped in an unusual living situation become the victims of unusual experiments. But when these experiments start to yield strange results, everything is suddenly different. The profile will be updated a little more as I continue writing. Happy readings! -Freak EDIT: 3/22/09: Coming up Tails is complete. I am also going on hold for a while to participate in ScriptFrenzy and get my real life in order. When I return, I will edit Tails, move towards posting Good Against Evil, and work on either Untitled or Room 3, neither of which will be posted before I finish writing them. EDIT: 2/8/09: I've finally decided on an ending for Coming Up Tails, a title which will eventually be changed. Unfortunately, it's going to need at least two more books to finish the story, so I'll be alternately working on that series and on the series for Good Against Evil, my NaNo. Good Against Evil will begin to be posted in a while, once it's been heavily edited. | |||||||||
