INCENERATE 2008 (version 2.2) - UNDER CONSTRUCTION - please bear with us! INCENERATE: THE FP STORY the who: we are various amateur writers who work individually, as well as in collaborative projects, challenges, & contests. we all love writing, reading, and reviewing. (& we like to think that we're pretty damn good at it.) our goal is to self-publish all our members' best works. the what: we are a global community of friends. & a group of dreamers. the where: we live everywhere in the world. north america. south america. asia. australia. africa. europe. we touch every single continent. (except antartica - we're still working on that one.) the when: incenerate first began its fictionpress stint in 2007. the organization was founded in the winter of 2005. the why: we are sick & tired of the "low" quality of work we have to wade through on this site to get to the "good" stuff. the people who abuse the review function, as well as the people who refuse to use the document preview function, annoy us to hell. & the plagiarizing that is currently sweeping the site deeply, deeply saddens us. we're sure you know what we mean by all of that. but we love writing/reading/reviewing too much to leave fp! we're on fanfiction.net, too (covertly), & we also have our own website - which is currently under construction, so don't click the link to it just yet. the how: do you want to be a part of incenerate? contact us. we will probably contact you if you're any good & have a reputation on fp.com OR ff.net or any other reputable site (ex. SKoW, hpff) - but if you don't have a fan-base, then we will not have heard of you. please contact us. it's very easy to do so, & we don't bite (hard). it shows initiative when you reach out to us, & that is a very, VERY important thing. not just for incenerators, but for writers & readers in general.
