Author has written 8 stories for Fantasy, Young Adult, Life, and Romance. It's probably not something I'll ever be able to do, and it's overambitious and selfish. But I want people to look at their lives and say, "That was one of the things that really changed me. That book/story/drawing/manga/piece of music. I'd be a completely different person if I hadn't seen that." And I want to be the one they say that to. Infinite space is found only inside the nutshell; few things are small enough to contain a universe. Tales of the world changing are all very well, but to me the greatest stories are those of one person. Each person is a world, myriadly complex and changing by itself. And what does a planet care of the squabbles of its tiny residents? People, if you want to see my full profile with quotes, opinions, and other stuff please go to http://www.fanfiction.net/~deathgodgirl (or ~landunderwave) because that's where I spend most of my time. Name: Lily (last name censored) Gender: What, exactly, does the name 'Lily' lead you to believe? Eyes: Blue-grey Hair: Light brown, stubborn and oddly frizzy. Dishwater blonde, so I can claim dumb-blonde status! Location: Illinois...you stalkers. Life motto: People are weird. Favorite bands: Obscure ones that I can't either find the names of, or can't pronounce. (grrr) Favorite singer: Kwon BoA. She sings in Japanese, English, and her native Korean. Other sites I am a member of: DeviantART, fanfiction.net, Neopets(username lilliwave42), fictionalley.com, and...yeah, that's about it. Favorite stuff to do: Read, write, draw. That's most of my life. Oh, and something new: studying Japanese! It's difficult but fun. Languages: Just English right now, although I want to learn Japanese and Latin when I have time. And maybe German. My quotes(Mine! All mine!): "Time travel is like...dodgeball. That makes no sense, and that's not at all what it's like, but it keeps your brain occupied." "If a 'great nation deserves great art', ours deserves a blank piece of paper." My brother: And pencils to boot! Me: We don't have boots. We sold them, remember? My Brother: Oh yeah... Me: gasp We sold all our boots! Master: "And now I will tell you the true separation of Light and Dark..." My mother: "...and then you xerox the edges – zigzag! I mean zigzag!" (We're making a kimono.) Me(to the First Violin of our little quartet-thingie): "Your measures are bigger." (On our different copies of Handel's piece 'Air'...they are!) Quotes belonging to other people on FictionPress: "Some guys smuggled in drugs, some smuggled in porn. I was the only one hardcore enough to break out the bears.” ~Garen(with his gummy bears) at army camp. 'Chemistry' by my heart is in ohio (This one's actually from fanfiction.net) "Sabaku no Gaara (equals) Gaara of the Desert (equals) GoD. Gaara is GoD." ~KarinUzumaki, on her profile. See, this gives me a REASON to be a Gaara fangirl! New section! Terry Pratchett quotes(I would like just to quote pretty much every single line in every book, but I shall restrain myself): "The money should be on the inside." ~Lord Vetinari on banks, Making Money(my dad finally got it for me! Hurray!) That's all for now. For important(yeah right!) updates on my life, mental state, etc, please visit my ffnet profile. This has been a reasonably public announcment. Wow. I've actually found a genre of stories that I like very much on here; oddly enough, slash romances. I suppose it's because there are few genfics that fit my criterica on here. I have deleted 'Adventures' because 1) I've lost interest, 2) the characters turned out totally different than I wanted them to be, and 3) I lost my original notes for what I actually WANTED the story to be when my computer died. However, the plotbunnies for other stories are coming thick and fast. When I get time to actually write them, they will be posted here. | |||||||||||
