Author has written 13 stories for Life, Action, Nature, General, School, Love, Fable, and Supernatural. All About Me-Me-Me: My name is Ali. I type somewhere around 80 words-per-minute. I really like the color green. I also really like peanut butter M&Ms. People with small vocabularies and poor grammar skills annoy me. I can't eat cold pizza. I'm a nerd. All About My-My-My Writing: I used to write poetry, but apparently I'm crap at it. Fiction is much more fun anyway, I think. I do NaNoWriMo (Google it) every year and find that it really gets the creative juices flowing. Mostly I like to write adventure or suspense literature, but lately I'm finding that I like writing literary fiction because the plot doesn't matter so much. I like to focus on the characters more. I tend to be either really, really descriptive in my writing or really, really not descriptive. All About My-My-My Reading: I really like to read things on this website because when they're well-written, they tend to be really well-written. In fact, some of the things on this site are better than some of the things I've read off of this site. But outside of this website, I enjoy all kinds of books. Currently some of my favorites are Libba Bray, John Green, Maureen Johnson, Sarah Dessen, Ned Vizzini, Holly Black, Kevin Brooks, and the like. They write YA (young adult) literature, which is amazing. I recommend them all to you. | |||||||||||
