I was originally Nefertiry -- but the pen name had to change.

Still, I wish to preserve its memory here.

Writing is a passion and form of expression which sometimes satisfies me (or not) more than the paint brush. In those moments when I feel like the brush is actually not channeling my feelings into an usable outlet, I let the words pour from my fingertips.

In an attempt to separate my on-line identity, from my writing one, I've created this account.

The rules of thumb still apply:

I write for my personal benefit -- as selfish as that sounds.

I do not care to be Mrs. Grammar to Mr. Spelling -- my stories are flawed and I intend to keep them as they come out.

If I took myself seriously as a "writer" I wouldn't be posting anything on the internet -- I won't be hassled when I'm not a professional.

Alternate Version of Dreams of Angst

Somewhere during writing what was supposed to be a foundation for the finished "prequel" my motives transformed and I've been torn to create an entirely different world from the original, keeping the characters and basic concept intact. Maybe a part of me needs to romance with darkness, who knows, but the more I venture into this story -- the more I keep feeling inclined to change it and make it something separate from its roots.
