Hi, I joined FictonPress.com hoping it would give me the added incentive to begin writing again. For the longest time, it was a treasured, beloved part of my life. I wrote to get things out, I wrote to express my creativity, and selfishly, I wrote because I liked the praise for writing a good story or poem. That doesn't mean I can't take criticism; a real author doesn't want to get too full of herself. But I do enjoy writing a story I know people like and a poem that comes from my heart that just may touch another person. I have been so busy lately with...life that I have lost touch with my "inner writer". I want to find her again, I want to BE her again...so here I am... :D | |||||||||
