Author has written 1 story for Fantasy.

I am a teenage novelist hoping to eventually get published by a real publishing house, but until then, I thought I might as well post some of the stories that I'm not particularly attached to. I think it will be fun.

I love poetry, which is the reason for the username, and I usually try to make my writings very poetic. However, seeing as I was not aiming for poeticness in The King of Writer's Block, it's actually quite... ordinary. Not to mention being a miserable failure: I don't think I'm ever going to finish it, because it doesn't deserve to be finished. Read the first chapter, if you wish, but please feel no pressure from me. I just published it on here because I thought I might as well do something with it, besides throw it away.

Aside from the three novels that I'm slaving away on, here are the stories I am working on currently:

The King of Writer's Block: A story about a king who outlaws 15-year-old writers because of the cliched, literary junk they supposedly turn out, and about the girl who decides to defy him. This story is currently at a standstill, but I thought I'd publish it on FictionPress just so that it's not completely gone to waste.

The Absence: A Tale of Two Cities fanfiction story, revealing the reason Sydney Carton went to France. I have published this on on Fanfiction.net, so you can read it by clicking here.

"All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." ~Edmund Burke

"It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known." ~Sydney Carton, A Tale of Two Cities
