Author has written 2 stories for General, and Life. Fanfiction Because I tend to post there more than I do here, evidently. I'm a 19-year old female of very little motivation. I am an anthropology student with no idea what to even do with my major once I get it, and am really only taking it for the fact that it happens to be dreadfully interesting (and also because I was forced into a non-art university (I wanted to go into fashion/costume design)). I like to write, but don't really get to as much as I would like to, namely because of the fact that I am horrendously lazy. SRSLY! I.AM.SO.LAZY! It's not even funny, folks. I like art and I like to draw. If you would like, you can see some of said art here. I just want to troll around the world and find me a sexy foreign boyfriend. -sigh- Life as a me is tough. I like to read...so I suppose I can give you a list of some of my favourite authors and books. First of all, I LOVE Forgotten Realms, especially and particularly, R.A. Salvatore's The Legend of Drizzt series. It is awesome beyond words. Favourite books from this series would include: Homeland, Exile, Streams of Silver, The Halfling's Gem, The Legacy, Starless Night, The Silent Blade, and The Orc King. I also love Servant of the Shard, which is the first book of the Sellsword series by R.A. Salvatore. Oh, and The War of the Spider Queen series, although R.A.S. didn't actually write those books, but it was like "his" project. Other favourites include: Fight Club (Chuck Palahniuk); Tithe, Ironside (Holly Black); The Riddle of the Wren (Charles deLint); The Thief Lord, and the Inkheart series (Cornelia Funke); The Silence of the Lambs (Thomas Harris); Licoln Rhymes books (Jeffery Deaver); Sphere (Michael Crichton (RIP ToT)); Dexter books (Jeff Lindsay); I read many genres of books. For the last couple of years I've been totally whoring on fantasy, mostly Forgotten Realms and the occasional something else, just to be random. I also enjoy mystery, I LOVE sci-fi, it's like my second genre love-affair. Also, I adore steampunk, clockworkpunk, futuristic but like set in 1930s kind of era stuff, dieselpunk, cyberpunk. ZOMG! -salivatesoverherself- Seriously, 1930s era stuff is sexy. And the hats! Oh, manga, too. I'm not like a crazy Otaku though, I swear. I'm a shy person so I won't go out and add someone or whatever, but if anyone has msn and wants to add me go right ahead! I love talking to new people and obsessing over common interests. I'm also a notorious music whore, especially of obscure music, so like, yeeeah? Anyways, e-mail is star5012@hotmail.com if anyone wants it. This kid is my brother, he writes awesome stuff. You should check him out. He's also way more active on this site than I am. Also, I'm an insomniac so what I write tends to be written at the ungodly hours of the morning. So, if it doesn't make sense coherence-wise, that's probably why. | |||||||||
