Author has written 3 stories for Life, Love, and Religion. Be yourself. Guten Tag! UPDATES: Wow, it's been a while since I've updated on here or my fanfiction.net account. Sorry about that. Things have been a bit crazy and were barely through the first month of the new year. It's insane. So far looks like my wishes for this year being better aren't going to pan out. So far this year sucks, big time. In the past week I've learned a few things that have really put a damper on my happiness and that really sucks b/c I was hoping to get out of my depression for this year. Guess that's not going to happen. School it going fairly well for the moment, my classes are scattered out and my schedule is hectic. Not only do I have my Photography classes monday through thursday. monday nights I have Employability Skills or whatever from 5:30 to 8:30pm then on Thursday nights I have Math 97 from 5:30 to 10pm. Which sucks b/c I hate math, I'm no good at the subject. But Photography is proving to be excited this quarter. We're going to be doing some night time photography along with wildlife and nature, and Macro. On our latest field trip we went to this place that had a ropes course and we got to do zip-lining which was totally wicked! Well that's about it I'd say. Hope you guys are having a better time than I am. I've gotten a little further with that original story. I've actually been able to sit down and think of some major points in the story and have started a brief outline for it. Again, it's still in the planning process. General Info: I'm 22 years old. I enjoy listening to music, my two favorite bands would have to be Tokio Hotel and My Chemical Romance. They are my inspiration. Simply FANTASTIC! I love Photography, at the moment I'm in the Commercial Photography program at North Ga Tech. (I'll graduate in 2010) My dream is to become a Concert Photographer and to travel the world taking photographs of the many different cultures. I really really really want to go to Germany and live there for a while, I'm trying to teach myself German and I think I'm doing well...(While I'm there I hope to see Tokio Hotel perform. I saw them at the Tabernacle in ATL but I want to experience it in German. Bill's English is great, but personally I prefer their music in their native tongue. It sounds more real and it's a beautiful language.) As far as reading goes, I LOVE it! Give me a good book and I'll sit down until I've finished it. Authors like Stephenie Meyer, Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, Ellen Schreiber, Anne Rice, Cornelia Funke, Victoria Hanley, J.K. Rowling, and Edgar Allan Poe! Fantastic writers. Writing and poetry is another passion of mine. I've written a good many poems that have been published. (I'll be posting those asap) I'm currently in the middle of two fanfics, which are posted on my fanfiction.net account. www.fanfiction.net/~summerjasmine I have been working on an original story, but I haven't gotten all the details worked out for it, yet. I'm hoping to get that going soon so I can post it on here. But we'll see... Hmm...Oh, I'm also into Anime, Manga, Comics. (Marvel is my favorite!) Inuyasha, Shaman King, Fruits Basket, Spirited Away, Howl's moving castle, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Card Captor Sakura, and Full Metal Alchemist are some of the best Anime/Manga's. I'm a HUGE Charmed and Doctor Who fanatic, I also enjoy watching The Big Bang Thoery. I have a younger sister that I call my mini me. (She hates it!) I have some of the greatest friends anyone could ever ask for, without them I am nothing! They mean the world to me! Oh and if you have a myspace or deviantart feel free to add me! For my myspace simply click on the webpage link, it'll take you right to it. For my deviantart go here! Auf Wiedersehen!! Poems: Nobody ever knew: I wrote this poem back in September of 2004 after my my band director told me and a few others that a fellow band members brother (who also happened to be my ex-boyfriend's older brother and a fellow Senior) had passed away, it wasn't until maybe an hour later that we found out he had taken his own life. That is a night that I'll never be able to forget, nor will I forget the haunting dreams and the way that our Senior class came together like a family to support each other during the time of sadness and heartache.(If you're wondering why I placed this under marching band, it's b/c the others and I were the last of the band members leaving the school after a football game. We were all gathered in the parking lot talking when our director came out and told us.) Thinking of you: This poem was written back in my junoir year of high school, I was 17. Right after I'd broken up with my boyfriend. We only dated for three months. Looking back on it now the relationship was basically just something I felt I needed to experience first hand. B/c usually I was the one always sitting on the sidelines watching my other friends date. They would always come to my for advice with thier relationships. He was my first boyfriend, and only. (I haven't dated anyone since and I'm 22 now.) Good vs. Evil: A few years back my dad had approached me asking that I write a poem that he could take to church. If I remember correctly he wanted to take it to the church's band, 2 West, and see if they could turn it into a song or use it for a song. I don't know what came of that, I haven't heard anything about it. Though I did write it and give it to him as he'd asked. Knowing him he probably just forgot to give it to them and lost it somewhere along the way...shrugs...who knows? | |||||||||||
