My name is Tanzanite Tears.

I love to read, especially thought-provoking works, mainly well-written fantasy. I like anything that challenges my mind and creativity, and anything that can take me by surprise. Thoroughly-developed character are something I look for in things I read, as that invokes empathy for them and lets my own mind analyze and add to them.

I greatly enjoy writing, and am constantly looking to improve myself as a writer. I write many genres, but I will only post poetry under this account. I enjoy creating metaphors, analogies, and symbolism in my writing. I am still growing as a writer, and I appreciate any constructive criticism that can improve my skills.
