Author has written 2 stories for Fantasy.

Hi. I'm a 17 year old girl who is a bit moody and morbid, but trying
her hardest to rectify that, and be a little more optimistic.

My stories are Urndell the Unwise and A Hero Like Byndan. They're quite similiar in style, although Urndell tends to be alot more humour infused (I hope, anyway) than Byndan does.

Urndell is a story I dreamed up one day in house group when I was fourteen. All
I had was the beginning until I sent it to a friend to cheer her up (I
was running low on asmusing material on my computer to cheer her up
with). I started sending her more, until I had a bit of a story going.
It went nowhere of course, but it has since been re-written to
encorporate ACTUAL PLOT. It's a little silly, but is my feeble tribute
to Patricia C. Wrede and Diana Wynne Jones, both of whom I love very
dearly. Basically, the misadventures of Urndell the Unwise Wizard and
Neil the over-zealous knight. It's still in relatively early stages,up
to chapter four and hopefully I will be updating very soon. If I can
find the scrap of paper where I wrote the next chapter.

A Hero Like Byndan was originally a very different story about a siege, called The Edge of the Rain, but
I was working on it so long that the tone and the focus completely
changed as I sort of grew up. So now it's completely different. It has
a lot of bandits in it.

One of these days I'm going to write a story from the point of
view of a girl, being that I am a girl and all, but my girl characters
always annoy the hell out of me, and I can never stay with them without
killing them off or something. At present, I'm working on a female
protagonist, but I won't bring her out of my mind until I am sure she
will not be as annoying as my last female lead, and I won't have to
kill her off and be happy about it.

I do try and return reviews, although I am a bit of a slowish
reader and like to digest the story before I review, so I can give a
good enough comment, so it might take a little bit of time, especially
if you have very long stories. I'll try to review by chapter if I can't
get through in one sitting, though. I have alot of stories that I have
neglected and haven't been able to get back to, but I'm attempting to
do so. Temblance's When Time Sleeps and Reltor's To Live or Die are the
ones I am the main offenders to, I have concentration issues, and I'm
so scared I'll give a review that doesn't do them justice. So, I'm
going verrrrrrry slowy on those two. Apologies to the authors... I am a
huge fan and you haven't lost me yet...

Please read my stories
and tell me what you think of them. I hope that they make you smile a
little, even if it is at how crap I am at writing. I'm not proud. I'll
take it.

1. A Hero Like Byndan » reviews
I had the vague idea in my head that I was off to find my fortune, to become some kind of hero. But, since that day my idea of heroes and fortunes have changed, so perhaps I was thinking of a concept of heroes and fortunes that I don't remember anymore.
