I have never BetaRead for FictionPress, but I have been editing and correcting friends writing for eight years now, three of which have been for a grade as well. The first thing I look at is obvious grammer and spelling mistakes, then I look at the flow and voice of the author. After that I'll do more research into the writing and start cracking down on spelling errors I might of missed and suggest better words or words that would leave a stronger impression. I'm really into character development and making sure that your characters stay true to themselves throughout the entire story. I like to keep a close almost personal relationship with the person who I'm editing for, that way I get a better feel for what their writing style is and I don't totally screw up their work.

I am really good at flow. If you have a certain thing you want to potray or are trying to potray a character in a certain way but it's just not coming out right I can help with that. I'm also really good at helping make sure that you stay on plot and if you need help suggesting things to throw into the plot.

My weaknesses are mostly actual spelling and grammar, but I'm not horrible at it enough that it should make a huge difference in my editing.

I prefer stories that have more then a couple chapters written and are written with relatively decent plot line. I like stories with romance, but plot is more important to me.

I do not like editing lemon/limes. I will do it, but I don't like to do it that much, and if there is too much then I might ask that you find someone else to help with those parts editting.
