Hi there! I'm a person who loves reading just about anything, and I'd be happy to look over your work. When I read a work, I don't try to use any fancy algorithms of Good Work, because there are none. I read and try to figure out exactly what you are going for, and then base my comments on that. I try to be detailed, although I do have a gift for saying things concisely and understandably. I'm always available for any questions about my comments.

I'm a real grammarian. Make one tiny error and I can spot it a mile away. I'm also good, as I said above, at conveying what I want to say without a superfluity of words. I'm full of great ideas on how to make awkward phrasing less awkward, and I do have a wide vocabulary!

I'm blunt. If your work is terrible, I'm going to tell you, not step around it in fear of hurting your feelings. I'll be constructive, of course, but I'm not going to ignore gaping flaws in your work. Also, my characterization is bad as a writer, and as such I'm not that great at picking out bad characterization of others.

Political dramas are my favorite things to read, along with suspense and mystery: modern day stuff is the best. And a good long story that just follows a character around is nice, too. The reason I'm being so vague here is that I really am open to anything: no genre is inherently bad.

I will read just about anything, but romance really tests me. I'm not a big fan of sappy romances at all, and even if you're the writer of the century I'm going to completely tear apart your story inch to inch. But if you can bring a whole new spin on the classic romance, that I'd be glad to read. Fantasy, also, is overdone and cliched, but again, I'm open to it if you're willing to be different.
