Field of Broken Glass by Posher10
A man, who's lost almost everything, sings about how hard life is and that he can go on only because his brother is by his side. But the tone changes when he finally loses everything, when his brother dies. THIS POEM IS A GIANT METAPHOR IF YOU DIDN'T CATCH THAT. (Rated T for character death.)

Similes of Sisterhood by FantasyFic13
As the title says, this is a poem that shows my take on being a sister through a group of similes. Being an older sister has its ups and downs, but I think this shows that at the end of the day, it's nice to have that support and know that someone has your back. It's written in free verse. I hope you like it!

Long Tones (for my father) by DebbieKatz reviews
I play the clarinet because my father does. He was my mentor on the instrument, & he always made me start our practice sessions with a series of long tones - holding each note for at least 8 beats, from soft to loud to soft again. This helps with breath & dynamic control, as well as creating a good solid sound. I didn't like long tones - I thought they were boring.
