A song from a Hamilton-inspired musical, "Lincoln: A Punk Rock Opera", about the life and presidency of Abraham Lincoln. In this song, Abe addresses the nation after the confederacy fires on Fort Sumter. While he shows confidence, self-doubt is not far behind.

A pair of lyric poems created for another writing piece. The first is especially comedic in nature, and was the very first passage I wrote for the story, whereas the second lyric neatly wraps up the entire narrative.
