| Faithless Juliet chapter 1 . 10/17/2005
Your poems mesmerize me; I can't help but lie down and be still for your talent.
| Catch Ya Later Alligator chapter 1 . 11/7/2002
I really like this a lot. It's beautiful, the images, the symbolism, everything. It seems like something I'd read in my literature class, it's that good. Keep it up, I'm off to see what other wonders you have written now. :)
| Piper Cub chapter 1 . 10/30/2002
This runs like a fragment of a dream I might have once had, and like a dream it speaks to me with its images. It speaks to the heart, rather than the mind. I find I can just let my eye roam over the words and enjoy it for what the images mean to me. I don't know what they mean to you, but I suppose that doesn't really matter when you're dealing with symbolism; the symbols call up different meanings for each observer, and that's what I feel like I'm doing here: not reading, but observing. It makes it a lot easier. It also makes the poem a thoroughly enjoyable er. . . read. :)
PS: Sorry, but I don't know which historical figure you're talking about here.
