I don't know if anyone has said this yet but I read in a book (Akhenaten: Dweller in the Truth) that said that Akhenaten carved the statue himself and took out the left eye when Nefertiti left him because... he was sad.

Or somethin' like that.

Oh, come on you must continue this. I absolutely love this story. I've always been intrigued by the story of King Tut. As many are I'm sure. But I always wondered who he was as a person. He was but a young man ruling, but despite being king what were his interests and his loves.

This story has drawn me in with a realistic view of King Tut and how he very well could have been like.

Please update, I know how it is. You think of a great story and then you think of others which you only put a few chaps. And then of course ordinary life coming in, reality strikes and then other things start to pale in comparison of what you want to do and are instead replaced with what you need to do. And so you wait till you are at your witts end and your mind needs unloading when you start writing again.

so, yeah...sorry for rambling but I think you get my point.

wow, you haven't updated in AGES! do you plan on finishing it? I really hope you do, coz' this story has really captured, and held my interest (from the title to the summary to the actual story itself).. i rarely read unfinished stories but i just had to take a look at this one to see how it was playing out, and to be honest, with some grammar touch-ups and maybe some additional researching, you could probably even publish it (one of the first few times i've actually thought that about someone's writing)! so, my point is, if you've given up or lost hope, or have writer's block, or are just too lazy to write the next chapter, then please get motivated somehow or rather coz' there are lots of people out there who know there's a whole lot more to come, and want to see how this story ends!

Oh, please, oh PLEASE tell me that you're planning on finishing this. It's awesome to just die out, and I want to know what happens. It's infinitely more amazing than the math I should've finished ages ago.

But it's been so long since you've updated, so all I can do is wait and hope that there'll maybe be another chapter.
