Very good poem, filled with emotion and expression from the inside. I think the thing with writers and suicide is that it's another enitirely different situation to most people, and writers visualize themselves in that situation, allowing the readers to know the feelings and effect from it. Amanda...that was beautiful. What is it with writers and our obsession with suicide? It is such a fascinating subject from both a psychological and art perspective...unique. Unusual. Only humans do it, no animals. An elk does not plunge himself in the path of a rampaging lion because he hates himself. People write about it in tragedy. In drama. In angst. But you..you write it in poetry. Beautiful. As always, keep thinking of the different angles from which you are enabled to look at life. And then express like no one else, as is habit in your writing.
